Il primo - Studio - è sotto la direzione dell'altro co-fondatore Torsten Vildgaard, che ha avuto il suo debutto come head-chef/restaurateur qui,ha lavorato a NOMA per 8 anni. Si trova al primo piano ed ha una vista mozzafiato sul porto. L'interno è stato progettato dal team di Christina Meyer Bengtson e Ulrik Nordentoft.
The first one - Studio - is headed by the other co-founder Torsten Vildgaard, who had his debut as head-chef/restaurateur here, has been working at NOMA for 8 years. It is located on the first floor and has a breathtaking view of the harbour. The interior is designed by the design team Christina Meyer Bengtson and Ulrik Nordentoft.
Almanak - is located on the ground floor and is also designed by Christina Meyer Bengtsson and Ulrik Nordentoft. Headed by Andreas Møller under the concept ”the food that our grand parents would have made if they had known what we know today”.
Verandah - il tesoro indiano, anche al piano terra, è stato progettato dal team danese-italiano GamFratesi. È guidato da Karam Sethi (il più giovane chef indiano con una stella Michelin) e il direttore creativo Rizwana Merchant (ex pasticcere dell "Osteria dell'Arancio" di Grottammare, Italia).
Verandah - the indian treasure, located also on the ground floor, is designed by the Danish-Italian design team GamFratesi.
